I recently had the privilege of connecting with one of my gracious readers, Nour Nazmi, on LinkedIn. I am incredibly grateful for her insights and feedback. This week, I’m trying out a new structure for my posts and would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you again, Nour!

This week has been fantastic for Jasper as we’ve learned a lot about home life and I’ve had the opportunity to assist some future dads on their journey into fatherhood.

One significant milestone this week was noticing a clear improvement in my son’s cradle cap. Dermatitis is very common as babies adjust to the outside world, so there’s no need to worry. However, seeing the cradle cap clear up really makes you feel the growth of your little one. Find out more here!

This week, we also discovered a new technique to help our son fall asleep. We’ve found that when one of us gently taps his stomach while the other rubs his head, he tends to doze off faster and sleep longer after feeding and a diaper change. This has been a great solution for us to ensure he gets the rest he needs for his learning journey.

Lastly, I had the privilege of participating in a bootcamp for new dads with our local hospital system. Having done the bootcamp to prepare for my son, I learned a lot and was honored to participate for a second time. Thank you, University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio!
