This past weekend knocked me down a bit—I was under the weather and had to slow everything way down. Being sick while juggling travel isn’t exactly the combo I’d choose, but sometimes life doesn’t ask permission. Between resting, hydrating, and catching up on the road, I was reminded that the small routines we build—whether it’s family time, writing, or simple rituals—carry us through even the off days.
